How do I know if my referral becomes a paying client?
Your dashboard tracks every click, visit, and lead automatically. When a client you referred pays for a project, the commission appears in your account as "Pending." Once we receive their full payment, it moves to "Unpaid" and is included in your next monthly payout.
When do I get paid?
On the 5th of every month, we pay out all approved commissions above the ₦20,000 minimum to your registered Nigerian bank account. If you don't reach the minimum in a month, your balance rolls over to the next.
Do I earn on every project the client buys, or just the first one?
Currently, you earn 15% on the first project value only. We may add recurring commissions for retainer clients in the future — affiliates already in the program get first access.
Can I promote on social media, WhatsApp, and email?
Absolutely. Share your link anywhere your audience hangs out. We provide marketing assets (banners, swipe copy, case studies) inside your dashboard to make it easier.
Are there things I can't do?
Yes. No spam, no fake reviews, no impersonating us, no buying ads on our brand keywords (e.g., "AutomateNG"), and no misleading claims. Full rules are in the affiliate terms.
What if my referral takes 60 days to become a client?
You're covered. Our cookie window is 90 days — far longer than the industry standard 30 days — because we know consultative sales take time.
Can I refer my own business?
No self-referrals. The program is built to grow our network through real introductions, not loopholes.
What happens if a client cancels or refunds?
If a client cancels before paying or requests a refund, the related commission is reversed. You only earn on completed, paid projects.
