AutomateNG is a business automation training and consulting service based in Nigeria, founded and operated by David Azuokwu. Our website is aiworkflow.com.ng. We also operate the AI Workflow Bootcamp training platform.

• Name and email address (collected by Selar, our payment processor)
• Payment details (handled entirely by Selar — we never see your card details)

When you visit our website

• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website or search term
• IP address (collected automatically by WordPress and analytics tools)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To send you the free resource you requested (book preview, PDF, etc.)
• To respond to your enquiry or consultation request
• To send you follow-up information about our products and training courses
• To deliver purchased products and send access credentials
• To send marketing messages about automation training, books, webinars, and related products — only to people who have opted in or made a purchase
• To improve our website, products, and services
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Marketing Communications

If you download a free resource, submit an enquiry form, or purchase a product, we may contact you by email or WhatsApp with information about our training courses, books, webinars, and automation services.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Emailing us at support@aiworkflow.com.ng and requesting removal

We will remove you from our marketing list within 48 hours of your request. We will still send you transactional messages related to any purchases you have made (e.g. access credentials, receipts).

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

We may share your information with the following trusted services to operate our business:

• Selar — our payment processing platform (selar.com). They process payments and manage purchase records. Their privacy policy applies to information you provide during checkout.
• Google — for Google Analytics (website traffic analysis) and Google Drive (file hosting). Information is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
• Facebook / Meta — when you submit a lead form through a Facebook ad, Meta collects your data according to their data policy, and shares it with us to follow up. We use this data only as described in Section 3 above.
• Email and messaging services — we may use Gmail or similar services to communicate with you. Messages are transmitted via these providers’ servers.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request from a government or regulatory authority in Nigeria.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and to comply with legal obligations:

• Enquiry and lead data — retained for up to 2 years from the date of collection, or until you request deletion
• Purchase records — retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Marketing contacts — retained until you opt out, after which we retain only a record that you have opted out (to prevent accidental re-subscription)
• Website analytics — retained according to Google Analytics default settings (26 months)
